14 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE

St.Tropez wants all of its customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However we know and understand there may be occasions where you want to return items ordered in error. That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund of the product or goods purchased. The refund does not include the delivery charges of sending the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective (please see Damaged or Defective Item or Errors On Our Part – Returns & Exchanges). DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are despatched correctly and in perfect condition, occasionally items may get damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. In the case of damaged goods or order process errors we will collect and exchange the item at no extra cost to yourself.
