Ordering on the St. Tropez website is both secure and easy. Browse our site and use our "Shopping Basket". When you are finished, you only need to checkout once no matter how many different pages you purchased from. Just fill out the information on the order form and follow the directions for processing an order.
If you are using a free secure browser such as Netscape or Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can shop with maximum security through our SSL server connection.
For anyone wishing to place an order by means other than our secure order form, we have a few options:
Phone: If placing your order by phone is your preference, by all means, call us at 800-366-6383.
Fax: You can fax us your order in writing to 661-775-0613, please ensure you detail your full name and address, with full product description and price plus shipping & handling, along with your payment details.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You are ordering off a secure server, so your credit card information is safe.
Please allow up to 48 hours from placing your order, for web orders to reach our fulfilment centre.
We are sorry to advise that we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
All orders will incur a minimum $13.00 shipping and handling charge.
We do say 10-14 days for delivery because, unfortunately, sometimes it may take that long depending on where you live. However, most packages will arrive within 5-7 working days of purchase. If you need a product faster, we will gladly arrange for express shipping as long as you agree to cover the additional shipping costs displayed on our website shopping area (which may change from time to time).
All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, UPS will leave a card for you to call to make alternative arrangements or collect, or may leave in a safe place about your property.

Returns & Exchange Policies
7 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD – RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you feel for any reason that you no longer wish to keep the item, you can return it, in its original condition within 7 working days after the date the item is delivered, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of shipping & handling, but will not refund your costs in sending the item back to us, unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or faulty – please see Damaged or Defective Item Or Errors On Our Part – Returns & Refunds. 14 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE – RETURNS & REFUNDS
St Tropez wants all of its customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However we know and understand there may be occasions where you want to return items ordered in error. That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund of the product or goods purchased. The refund does not include the delivery charges of sending the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective (please see Damaged or Defective Item or Errors On Our Part – Returns & Exchanges). DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND ERRORS ON OUR PART – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, occasionally we may get it wrong or items are damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Because these items are damaged or defective, or we have made an error we will collect and exchange the item at no extra cost to yourself.
